Video Analytics among Top 2015 Tech Trends
In-store video analytics rank among the top tech trends expected to change grocery shopping in 2015, according to an article by John Karolefski on the Progressive Grocer website. In the piece, Karolefski forecasts that retailers will increasingly utilize video analytics (such as those provided by VideoMining) to map shopper paths-to-purchase and move displays to take better advantage of traffic flows.
