Summary
VideoMining Corporation is seeking a Client Success Manager for its clients in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry. Your responsibility will be to serve as the engagement lead, understand the client’s requirement (use cases), and successfully deliver our shopper insights solutions, leading to strong renewal rates, and account growth. The individual is expected to engage and build strong relationships with senior client executives across functions such as Shopper Insights, Category Management, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing and Innovations. The Client Success Manager, at the heart, is an avid analyst with strong business acumen, who takes pride in data deep dive and analysis, with the goal to generate meaningful and actionable shopper insights addressing specific client issues. The individual will work with Data Services team to ensure aggregation of right dataset to produce impactful insights and ensure client success. In addition, the Client Success Manager will liaise with Sales to construct responses to RFPs and expand our customer base.
Role and Responsibilities
Project Management- Translate Statement of Work into detailed project plan with specific milestones and deliverables, socialize plan internally and externally and set expectations.
Work with Data Services team to generate/aggregate data required to deliver upon the committed scope.
Analyze data, generate insights, and present research findings and insights to the client
Continue to be the point person to address ongoing queries from the client; ensure client usage and adoption of VideoMining’s contracted solution across client user groups.
Understand client’s business functions and develop a point of view on how VideoMining’s solutions can add value. Ensure long term success and renewals.
Compile project completion report - Capture Impact Stories to document Customer Use Cases and associated business impact and ROI
Support pre-sales efforts and help grow the client base.
Provide feedback to the Product team to improve VideoMining’s solution offering
Experience and Skills Required
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Market Research, Business or a related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in market research, CPG and analytics.
Demonstrated experience in making client presentations and delivering upon complex project requirements
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to analyze and extract information from complex datasets.
High level of quantitative intuition and business acumen; a key requirement to generate insights that are relevant and actionable to address specific client issues.
Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects, ensuring highest level of service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; effectively present information to a wide range of users.
Thorough understanding of the workings of Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Working knowledge of data services designed for CPG retail such as Numerator, Nielsen, IRi, Dunnhumby is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis and presentation tools such as Alteryx and Tableau a plus.
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with syndicated data is a plus. Working knowledge of applications and services designed for the retail and CPG industries is highly valued (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby)
