The Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Retail context is comprised of two main parts – pre-store and in-store. Pre-store consists of the Who, Why and Where of the shopper, helping define shopper segment, needs and missions as well as location and store selection criteria. In-store captures all of the behaviors that occur while actually shopping the store – from navigation to how shoppers engage with various elements throughout their shopping journey and eventual decision and purchase. The ShopperImpact™ Platform incorporates both pre-store and in-store factors to deliver a suite of prescriptive analytics solutions for optimizing key CPG Retail functions.
