Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Founder & CEO, has spent over two decades developing new technologies and applying them to solve critical problems. Over these years he has pioneered new methods for automated behavior analysis and natural human-computer interaction using computer vision. Dr. Sharma has held faculty positions with The Pennsylvania State University and The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Sharma has won numerous awards and recognition for his academic contributions as well as practical demonstration of the applications of his research. Dr. Sharma continues to lead the company with a mission to develop and deliver innovative solutions to the marketplace.

Ms. Priya Baboo, VP Shopper Insights, brings to this role a diverse experience in marketing, brand management, business development and supply chain management spanning a variety of industries from consumer packaged goods to machine tools. Ms. Baboo has developed and evaluated business and product strategies to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace. She also has experience in analyzing new business initiatives and developing strategies for ensuring market success. Ms. Baboo has an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Madras in India. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society in Business and Management.

Mr. Stephen Treglia, VP Business Development, is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with domestic and international clients including research, consulting and media organizations. In addition, Mr. Treglia partners with retailers by helping them gain unique insights on shopper behavior. Steve is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, with more than two decades in business development.

Mr. Doug Long, VP Client Solutions, is responsible for managing relationships with key customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Mr. Long brings 15 years of sales and business development experience from a diverse background in the media, financial, and medical industries. Mr. Long holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from West Virginia Wesleyan.

Mr. Satish Mummareddy, VP Engineering & CTO, is responsible for the definition, development and delivery of products by leveraging VideoMining’s patented-protected technologies. He is also responsible for leading the development of new technologies through applied R&D efforts funded by various federal agencies such as NSF, DARPA and NIST. Prior to joining VideoMining, he worked on applying Artificial Intelligence theory to solve real-world problems. Mr. Mummareddy is the co-inventor of a number of patents and holds a M.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Emilio Schapira, Chief Software Architect, is responsible for leading the design and development of VideoMining software products. He has more than a decade of experience in the Software Development industry. During his career, Mr. Schapira has managed and developed dozens of enterprise applications that include distributed applications, computer vision software, web, GUI, database, and high-performance applications. Mr. Schapira has also been responsible for ensuring software quality by implementing processes according to best software development practices. Prior to joining VideoMining Mr. Schapira worked as Director of R&D at Merlin Telecommunication Corp. in projects for customers such as PDVSA (Venezuela’s oil company), Compaq, Bellsouth and TV networks. Mr. Schapira is co-inventor in several U.S. patents, has received an M.S. in Computer Science from Penn State University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela.

Ms. Mary Lynn Carroll, VP Corporate Affairs, is responsible for all aspects of the corporate infrastructure including accounting, human resources and contracts. She brings to the company a wide range of experience in project-based businesses, both in the government and commercial retail markets. Ms. Carroll has successfully developed and implemented processes to gain efficiencies leading to bottom line profits. During her 17-year career, she has served as a liaison between company and independent auditors, government auditors and financial institutions. She has also taken an active role in strategic planning for company growth. Ms Carroll holds a B.S. in accounting from St. Francis University.

Mr. Namsoon Jung, VP Innovation and Research, is responsible for developing and implementing IP protection strategies for VideoMining. He is also responsible for managing the invention disclosures and improving internal processes related to IP management. Mr. Jung holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Vic Singh, Board Director, has more than three decades of experience in key management positions in Engineering, Reliability and Quality Control in various technology companies including IBM, SEAGATE, IOMEGA and Sun Microsystems. Dr. Singh has been credited with many breakthrough developments in quality and reliability engineering. He has served as an advisor for several technology start-up companies. Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Case Institute of Technology and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University. He also has a Master of Science in Mathematics from Allahabad University in India and a Master of Science in Statistics from Aligarh University in India. He was a Research Associate at Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, India and a Visiting Professor at University of Lagos, Nigeria.
